Autumn Yin Yang Yoga
In Chinese Medicine, this time of year represents Metal, the element that allows body and being to take in what is needed and let go of what is not. During this one hour practice you will put this philosophy into practice with a breath-centred Yang flow followed by a delicate Yin sequence. Finally, you will be led into a deep savasana followed by a simply chant to bring you back into your day as gracefully as possible.
This class is suitable for students who understand basic to intermediate postures.
